Testimonials
Alex Elliott
Vice President of Cell Development
As the Project Manager for the Ambri Cathode Powder Project, I hired WING ENS LLC Consulting in 2022 to assist us with scaling up a high-volume thermal process system for a key component of our unique Liquid Metal Battery technology. ….We encountered several challenges during the scale-up process, which resulted in wasted time and money due to the wrong suppliers and consultants. This had a negative impact on the project and the company. By the time we reached out to Mr. Wingens, we were already behind schedule and over budget in the development of the battery cell. Mr. Wingens quickly analyzed our problems and helped us select the appropriate thermal processing technologies and potential furnace vendors. Scaling up furnaces and transferring thermal processes from benchtop to a pilot production, then to high volume industrial scale is very complex and difficult. The skilled and experienced engineers of WINGENS CLC helped us untangle the knot by connecting us with a global network of proven vendors. The process and furnace design were based on state-of-the-art and reliable technology, which significantly reduced the risk and cost of the project. We now have an adaptable scale-up path forward.
